Return & Exchange Policy: We hope that you love your Tease Guitar and gear, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.
If its damaged send an e mail or call (within 10 days of delivery) and we will replace it upon receiving the damaged unit. We pay the shipping.
Damage is not fret buzz or intonation or anything that cannot be fixed with a simple set up. Damage is Damage.
If you don't like what you got send an e mail or call . (within 10 days of delivery) We will send you a return shipping label and you will be refunded less the cost of return shipping.
The returned item will be inspected for damage before your refund is processed. It will need to be in the original carton shipped back the same way we shipped it to you. Any additional items you got with the guitar must be returned as well. Usually the gig bag , pocket amp , Tremolo bar and 2 wrenches.
If your Tease Guitar's Post Mfg Set Up is altered in the shipping process ( it happens on rare occasions) please call to schedule a Zoom consultation. A technician will walk you through the simple set up or adjustment process . This is normally a 30 minute consult . You will learn to set up your guitar as we set one up in house live step by step with you as you set yours up. You will only need the wrenches sent with your guitar.
