Return & Exchange Policy: We hope that you love your Tease Guitar and gear, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.
ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR THE GUITAR TO ACCLIMATE BEFORE MAKING ANY ADJUSTMENTS. If you open the guitar upon arrival and immediately start making adjustments then immediately ask for a refund you will end up paying the shipping costs of the guitar.
The guitars are all set up properly the day they ship. Temperature can affect the set up. If you are not happy with our general set up we advise you to schedule a zoom tech call or take it to your local music store for a set up
If its damaged send an e mail or call (within 10 days of delivery) and we will replace it or refund you after receiving and inspecting the damaged unit. We pay the shipping.
Damage is not fret buzz or intonation or anything that cannot be fixed with a simple set up. Damage is Damage. We offer an inhouse- Pro Set Up. If you did not opt for that we suggest you take your guitar to a local music store to have it set up to your own preference . This is pretty standard with guitars in general.
If you don't like what you got send an e mail or call . (within 10 days of delivery) We will send you a return shipping label and you will be refunded less the cost of shipping.
The returned item will be inspected for damage before your refund is processed. It will need to be in the original carton shipped back the same way we shipped it to you. Any additional items you got with the guitar must be returned as well. Usually the gig bag , pocket amp , Tremolo bar and 2 wrenches.
If your Tease Guitar's Post Mfg Set Up is altered in the shipping process ( it happens on rare occasions) please call to schedule a Zoom consultation. A technician will walk you through the simple set up or adjustment process . This is normally a 30 minute consult . You will learn to set up your guitar as we set one up in house live step by step with you as you set yours up. You will only need the wrenches sent with your guitar.
